Terms and Conditions for Online Booking of Photography Sessions

Booking Confirmation
By completing the online booking process, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is successfully processed.

Payment
An invoice will be sent for the remainder of the session fee with due date included. Full payment is due one week prior to session. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments can be made via credit card through Stripe. No session will be held without a signed contract and full payment.  

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the deposit or payment.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your session. I will do my best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Force Majeur Clause

Consultant is not responsible for Acts of God, Natural Disasters, an Act of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, Severe Traffic, or other incidents not within the control of the consultant, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, consultant will obtain, upon approval of the client, a qualified professional replacement to fulfill consultant’s obligations under the contract, at no additional charge to the client.

Session Start and Duration
Photography sessions are typically 1 hour unless otherwise agreed upon. Quick Book sessions are set for sunrise (5 AM slot) and sunset ( 5 PM slot). The time of the session start will vary based upon the time of the year. Photographer will notify you of your session start time when the full payment is received and location is agreed upon.

Location
Sessions will take place at the agreed-upon location. Any travel beyond Myrtle Beach, Murrell’s Inlet and Surfside Beach may incur additional fees and as outlined in official contract.

Client Cooperation
Clients are expected to arrive on time and cooperate during the session. Please communicate any specific requests or needs prior to the session.

Copyright and Usage
All images captured during the session remain the property of Alessandra Nicole Photography. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

Agreement to Terms
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions to booking an online quick book session with Alessandra Nicole Photography.
